📦 Subscription plan
Your monthly plan covers all the software — calendar, booking, reminders, payments, and any premium features included in your tier. The Starter plan is free forever. Upgrade when you need more staff slots, locations, or advanced tools.
💸 Marketplace fee
A one-time fee when the marketplace brings you a brand-new client (10% on Starter down to 5% on Enterprise, capped at $50). It is charged only on that client’s first marketplace booking, never again. Returning clients are always free, and bookings made directly through your own website, booking link, or QR code are always free.
📉 Lower fees as you grow
Higher-tier plans come with a lower new-client fee rate, from 10% on Starter down to 5% on Enterprise (always capped at $50 per new client). If the marketplace sends you a lot of new clients, upgrading often pays for itself.

Yes. The Starter plan is free forever. You only pay if you want premium features like SMS reminders, marketing tools, or advanced reports.
What is the marketplace fee?

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Annual plans are also available for a 20% discount — contact us to arrange.
