Our story
BookNova was born in Queensland, Australia, from watching talented service business owners run their days on a patchwork of spreadsheets, SMS threads and paper appointment books. Brilliant at their craft, loved by their clients, and losing hours every week to admin that software should handle.
So we set out to build something different: not just another calendar tool, but a complete operating system for appointment businesses. One that takes bookings, collects payment, sends reminders, and puts the business in front of new clients automatically.
